Delivery Rules
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver products throughout Bangladesh. Please ensure your delivery address is within our serviceable areas. If you're unsure, please contact customer support before placing an order.Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Orders outside Dhaka may take 2-3 business days, depending on the location.
- Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery within Dhaka: BDT 60
- Delivery outside Dhaka: BDT 120
- Free delivery according to offer
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address or unavailability, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If delivery is not successful on the second attempt, the order will be canceled, and refund/returns policies will apply.Delivery Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited delivery availability.
Package Handling
All packages are carefully inspected before shipment. If the package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.Changing Delivery Address
Changes to the delivery address can be made within 3-4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.Delays
We aim to deliver your products on time, but unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
